Available in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses, with either recessed or square edge profiles.
By far the most popular interior lining product used in domestic and commercial construction today. Available in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses, with either recessed or square edge profiles, Standard Core plasterboard is used where fire-resistance ratings are not required.

Unispan™
10mm thick plasterboard used as a ceiling lining where framing members are spaced at up to 600mm centres Unispan™ is 10mm thick plasterboard used as a ceiling lining where framing members are spaced at up to 600mm centres. With its superior anti-sag performance, Unispan™ provides an easy to install, lightweight alternative to 13mm plasterboard lining.

Firestop™
Features a specially formulated fire-resistant core, recessed edges, and is available in 13mm and 16mm thicknesses Boral Firestop™ Plasterboard must be used in partition wall and ceiling systems where specific fire-resistance ratings are required. Firestop™ features a specially formulated fire-resistant core, recessed edges, and is available in 13mm and 16mm thicknesses.

Wet Area Firestop™
Wet Area Firestop™ plasterboard is available in 13mm and 16mm thicknesses.
Wet Area Firestop™ plasterboard was developed specifically for use in wet area fire-rated partition systems. Wet Area Firestop™ plasterboard is available in 13mm and 16mm thicknesses with recessed edges and is largely used in commercial construction.

Soundstop®
Specifically developed for use in high-performance acoustic wall and ceiling systems not requiring fire-rating. Produced in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses, Soundstop plasterboard was specifically developed for use in high-performance acoustic wall and ceiling systems not requiring fire-rating. Soundstop® plasterboard is utilised in QuietZone®, CinemaZone®, Partiwall® and other proprietary systems.

Wet Area Plasterboard™
Used for lining of wet areas in bathrooms, shower recesses, laundries and toilets.
Moisture resistant Wet Area Plasterboard™ is used for lining of wet areas in bathrooms, shower recesses, laundries and toilets. Available in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses with recessed edges, Wet Area Plasterboard™ must be installed in accordance with Boral Plasterboard instructions in order to satisfy regulatory requirements.

Impactstop®
It is recommended for use in high traffic areas such as Educational Facilities and Hospitals.
Boral Impactstop® is high density plasterboard which has the sound insulation performance equivalent to 13mm Soundstop® and the fire performance equivalent to 13mm Firestop®. It is recommended for use in high traffic areas such as Educational Facilities and Hospitals.

Echostop®
Sound absorptive plasterboard 13mm thick with recessed edges available with either square or round perforations. Sound absorptive plasterboard 13mm thick with recessed edges available with either square or round perforations. Used as ceiling or wall lining where sound absorption is required.

Flexiboard®

Foil Backed Board

James Hardie Villaboard® lining is a premium sanded fibre cement sheet with recessed edges for flush jointing. Villaboard lining is an ideal internal lining for bathrooms, laundries, kitchens and high traffic abuse areas. ExoTec® Facade Panel

Available 9mm & 12mm Thickness

The James Hardie ExoTec® facade panel provides a durable, expressed joint panel appearance for building facades and fascias and together with the ExoTec® fixing system, offers versatility to architects and builders.
A variety of design styles can be created including curved walls, panels installed upright vertically, horizontally or in a brick pattern.
A wide range of decorative finishes can be used including site-applied acrylic textures and available factory-applied polyurethane plain colours and metallic finishes.
Both the 9mm and 12mm thick ExoTec facade panels may be used in wall facades, fascias and soffits.

HardiPanel™ Compressed Sheet

James Hardie HardiePanel™ compressed sheets are an alternative product to timber, particle board or plywood flooring and are an excellent substrate for ceramic tiles in wet and dry areas.
HardiePanel compressed sheets are commonly employed in preference to concrete flooring where conditions are such that either access is difficult or the structure will not accept the load of concrete.
This difficulty is common in retrofit work.
HardiePanel compressed sheets provide a durable, strong and moisture resistant flooring substrate.
