Gyprock^® Plasterboard CD

Gyprock^® Plasterboard CD is machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. Long edges are recessed to assist in producing a smooth, even and continuous surface once jointed, or in square edge. Gyprock^® Plasterboard CD is manufactured to AS2588 – ‘Gypsum Plasterboard’, and incorporates CD (Controlled Density) technology. Gyprock^® Plasterboard CD is suitable for internal walls and ceilings.

Internal walls and ceilings.

Gyprock^® Recessed Edge/Square Edge board is a wider board with one recessed edge for smooth, continuous jointed surfaces and one square edge. Gyprock™ RE/SE Plasterboard is a machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. It is manufactured to AS2588 – 'Gypsum Plasterboard', and incorporates CD (Controlled Density) technology.

Gyprock^® CD Square Edge

Gyprock^® CD Square Edge is machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. It is manufactured to AS2588 – ‘Gypsum Plasterboard’, and incorporates CD (Controlled Density) technology. Gyprock^® CD Square Edge is suitable for internal walls.

Internal walls. Usually commercial construction, especially for offices.

Gyprock Supaceil™

Gyprock Supaceil™ is a 10mm thick sheet designed to span up to 600mm in ceiling applications. Gyprock Supaceil™ is machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. Long edges are recessed for flush jointing.

Gyprock Supaceil™ is manufactured to AS2588 – ‘Gypsum Plasterboard’, and incorporates CD (Controlled Density) technology.

Internal ceilings with joists at 600mm centres.

Gyprock Fyrchek™

Gyprock FYRCHEK™ can be used in wall and ceiling systems where fire resistance is to be achieved and is useful where improved acoustic performance is required. Gyprock Fyrchek™ is machine made sheet composed of a specially processed glass fibre reinforced gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard, which is pink on the front face.

Gyprock Fyrchek™ is used for walls and ceilings. 25mm Gyprock^® Shaft Liner panels are used in Gyprock^® Shaftwall systems, which are to enclose lift shafts, stairwells, vertical shafts and ducts.

Gyprock Fyrchek™ MR

Gyprock FYRCHEK MR™ is primarily intended for walls and ceilings in ‘wet area rooms’ and for soffits and external eaves that must achieve fire resistance. Gyprock Fyrchek MR™ is machine made sheet composed of a specially processed glass fibre reinforced gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. Both the core and the linerboard are treated in manufacture to withstand the effects of high humidity and moisture. The face liner is coloured blue/grey.

Gyprock Fyrchek™ MR can be used in soffits, external eaves, showers, bathrooms, or other ‘wet areas’ requiring a fire rating. It can be used in external walls where it is protected by an exterior cladding.

Gyprock Soundchek™

Gyprock SOUNDCHEK™ has been designed to provide increased acoustic resistance in wall and ceiling systems. Gyprock^® Soundchek ™ is machine made sheet composed of a high-density gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. Long edges are recessed to assist in producing a smooth, even and continuous surface once jointed. Gyprock Soundchek™ is manufactured to AS2588 – ‘Gypsum Plasterboard’. The face liner is coloured yellow.

10 & 13mm board with increased acoustic properties for walls and ceilings.

Gyprock FlamechekMR™

Gyprock FlamechekMR™ is a moisture and fire resistant 10mm plasterboard. It is designed for residential applications in fire risk areas where no FRL is required. Compared to 10mm Gyprock plasterboard, tests have shown it to be 25-50% better at resisting the effects of fire on walls and ceilings where there were no penetrations or openings. The face liner is coloured blue/grey.

Rooms of fire risk in houses. Suitable for walls and ceilings with support framing at 600mm maximum centres.

Gyprock Aquachek™

Gyprock AQUACHEK™ is designed for use in lining the walls of ‘wet areas’ of residential and commercial buildings. It is machine made gypsum plasterboard with a core, face and back linerboards treated to make it resistant to moisture and humidity. It is manufactured to satisfy the requirements of AS2588 – ‘Gypsum Plasterboard’, and the water resistant requirements of ASTM C630. It is encased with light blue/grey linerboard and the long edges are recessed.

Gyprock Impactchek™

Gyprock IMPACTCHEK™ is high strength plasterboard designed for high impact areas. It is composed of a glass fibre reinforced gypsum core plus a fibreglass mesh bonded to the inside of the back face. It is encased in a violet linerboard and the long edges are recessed for flush jointing. Gyprock IMPACTCHEK™ 13mm can be used for fire rated applications.

High traffic areas subject to ‘soft body’ damage. Internal walls of commercial and domestic buildings.

Gyprock^® Flexible Plasterboard

Gyprock^® Flexible Plasterboard has been designed for curved wall and ceiling systems and has an enhanced core to enable bending to a small radius. It is machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard. Long edges are recessed to assist in producing a smooth, even and continuous surface once jointed. Gyprock^® Flexible Plasterboard is 6.5mm thick and is installed in two layers.

Feature walls and ceilings, column cladding. 6.5mm board can bend to 250mm radius (convex) 450mm (concave).

Gyprock^® Perforated Plasterboard

Gyprock^® Perforated Plasterboard has been specifically developed for use in ceilings where additional sound absorption is required. It is a machine made sheet composed of a gypsum core encased in a heavy-duty linerboard and incorporates CD technology. Long edges are recessed to assist in producing a smooth, even and continuous surface once jointed. Gyprock^® Perforated Plasterboard has perforations which total 8.2% of the sheet area.

CEMINTEL Cladding Sheet
CEMINTEL Cladding Sheet maybe used in many external applications such as wall cladding, gable ends, lining of verandahs and soffits, garage and upper storey additions.

Cladding Sheets have a slightly bevelled edge on all four sides for ease on insertion into PVC joiners. 

CEMINTEL Eaves Lining Sheet
CEMINTEL Fibre Cement Eaves Lining Sheet is specifically designed for the lining of eaves and soffits. It is fire resistant, immune to permanent water damage and is termite resistant.
